The saints of the Holy Bible are those who have "believed" God's Word, the Bible [the TRUTH - John 17:17], verbal or written since the beginning of man's creation, who love God's Word and His ways... and who have sought to be obedient to God's voice.
"BECAUSE THAT ABRAHAM OBEYED MY VOICE, AND KEPT MY CHARGE, MY COMMANDMENTS, MY STATUTES, AND MY LAWS." (Gen.26:5)
The saints of the Holy Bible have been and are those who have, through the knowledge of God's Truth, and by the power of His Holy Spirit... overcome the pulls of the flesh and Satan's world... and have been faithful and obedient and loving toward God and have endeavored to live in peace among their fellowman down through the generations.
"HE THAT OVERCOMETH, AND KEEPETH MY WORKS UNTO THE END, TO HIM WILL I GIVE POWER OVER THE NATIONS: AND HE SHALL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON..." (Rev.2:26-27).
The saints of the Holy Bible shall become the "first generation of God's Children" who, through the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of God's Word, have learned or are learning the Divine character trait of patience -- with themselves, with others and with God -- a priceless and rare commodity in the world today, that shall be an invaluable tool for them to use when they, at the last, rule over the nations from their "mansions" [offices and positions of authority] in their "Father's House," the Kingdom of God.
"IN MY FATHER'S HOUSE ARE MANY MANSIONS: IF IT WERE NOT SO, I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU. I GO TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU. AND IF I GO AND PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU, I WILL COME AGAIN, AND RECEIVE YOU UNTO MYSELF; THAT WHERE I AM, THERE YE MAY BE ALSO." (John 14:2-3)
"HERE IS THE PATIENCE OF THE SAINTS: HERE ARE THEY THAT KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, AND THE FAITH OF JESUS." (Rev.14:12)
The saints of the Holy Bible are those people whom the Father in heaven has been calling down through the generations of men, and whom Jesus Christ has been "preparing" for their leadership roles in the Kingdom... who shall restore God's Kingdom to the earth that Satan and his angels [who once were the representative branch of God's Government on the earth] perverted in the beginning before man was created.
"...AND WE SHALL REIGN ON THE EARTH." (Rev.5:10)
"I SAW THRONES, AND THEY SAT UPON THEM, AND JUDGMENT WAS GIVEN UNTO THEM: AND I SAW THE SOULS OF THEM THAT WERE BEHEADED FOR THE WITNESS OF JESUS, AND FOR THE WORD OF GOD, AND WHICH HAD NOT WORSHIPPED THE BEAST, NEITHER HIS IMAGE, NEITHER HAD RECEIVED HIS MARK UPON THEIR FOREHEADS, OR IN THEIR HANDS; AND THEY LIVED AND REIGNED WITH CHRIST A THOUSAND YEARS." (Rev.20:4)
"...THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION. BLESSED AND HOLY IS HE THAT HATH PART IN THE FIRST RESURRECTION: ON SUCH THE SECOND DEATH HATH NO POWER, BUT THEY SHALL BE PRIESTS OF GOD AND OF CHRIST, AND SHALL REIGN WITH HIM A THOUSAND YEARS." (verses 5-6)
These are the saints of the Holy Bible, who shall be revealed in the Day Jesus Christ returns to the earth with the Kingdom of God.
Many of their names are found in God's Word, now. But many more names are missing, because many more are still being called by the works the named have done... and by their inspired words in the Bible.

The saints of the Holy Bible
The saints of the Holy Bible are those people whom the Father in heaven has been "calling-out" [sanctifying: setting apart for holy use and purpose] from among the nations of the world over the centuries, who shall "co-rule" the Kingdom of God with Jesus Christ when He returns and establishes it on the earth.
"BUT THE SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH SHALL TAKE THE KINGDOM, AND POSSESS THE KINGDOM FOR EVER, EVEN FOR EVER AND EVER." (Dan.7:18)
The saints of the Holy Bible will be those who shall attain to the "first resurrection" at Jesus' return, be changed into "immortal Sons of God" whom Christ shall reward with "crowns" of authority within the Kingdom over the mortal nations of the earth. And together with Jesus Christ, the King, and an army of countless angels... they shall teach the nations of the earth God's laws and God's ways, the ways of righteousness. The ways that are expounded in the Bible, today, which the world, under man's Satan-guided governments, discounts amid the confusion of its Babylonian state-sponsored religious systems.
